Q Which type of Concealed Gibcloser is suitable for my needs?
A The range of Concealed Gibclosers is suitable for all standard interior doors.

The C31/C33 is tested and proved suitable for use on a 68kg (150lbs) door with a maximum opening angle of 100 degrees. This model is manufactured from a single 16mm diameter barrel and therefore ideal for the narrowest of doors.

The C36 is tested and proved suitable for use on a 50kg (110lbs) door with a maximum opening angle of 100 degrees. This model incorporates a unique hydraulic piston assembly offering a controlled rate of door closer, together with an adjustable snap action to overcome the latch. 

Q Is the Concealed Gibcloser easy to fit?
A Yes. A competent DIY person is required to fit a Concealed Gibcloser. If you are in any doubt, please use your local tradesman.

Q Does the Concealed Gibcloser comply with Fire Regulations?
A Yes. All Concealed Gibclosers have been included in a half-hour fire door test to BS476 Part 22, 1987 and are Certified to Fire Authority Standards including UL and Canadian National Standards.

Q Which finishes are available?
A The Concealed Gibcloser is available in a brass or chrome finish.



 

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery & Special Delivery Services.

When Your Delivery Arrives

Count the number of items delivered.
Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver's consignment note sheet. If there is a shortage, write the number of missing boxes on the driver's copy of the receipt. 

Check the delivery for damages.
Take a quick look at the boxes the goods have been sent in to ensure they are not opened in any way, if they are write on the consignment note boxes opened and ask the driver to sign.


Take the delivery.

Accept the delivery even if the boxes are damaged as we can quickly arrange for missing parts to be sent to you. After the driver has gone you will find a parts list inside the box

Please note all goods sent to UK mainland addresses are covered by insurance. Outside the UK you may wish to arrange your own insurance.

Delivery

All the products on this site are available for delivery in both the UK and Ireland. This site will calculate carriage costs for the products you have ordered to see carriage costs total go to the check out page then select shipping method required. Certain products cannot be delivered into Europe the USA or Asia see below.

UK 

Delivery-48hr deliveries are available on orders received by 12 am on stock items to most of the UK (Non stock items are clearly marked)

We may need identification on certain orders out side the UK all credit card addresses and delivery addresses must match.

Europe and the rest of the world

We do send products world-wide whenever possible we have delivered in most European countries Asia and some states in the USA. For example Asia by sea costs 20 GB pounds and takes approx 5 weeks. To confirm a delivery charge outside of the UK and to confirm it is possible. Please place your order select the rest of the world option or Europe then select the quote option in the payments box. We will email you with delivery details and cost, this will take 3-4 days.

Please also note you may also be charged import duties depending on where in the world by customs when your goods arrive.
